Day 2
Bench Press > work up to a 8RM @ RPE 9 > subtract 10% > max reps > subtract 10% > max reps
- Incline Alternating Dumbbell Press 3×10/side
- Cluster Dumbbell Row 3x(2+2+2+2)
- Seated Bicep Curls 3×10
- Single Arm Tricep Extensions 3×15/side
- Deficit Push-Up 3xmax
Day 3
Power Clean > work up to a 3RM @ RPE 8
Deadlift > 5×5 @ RPE 8
Finisher: 4 Rounds:
- Hang Clean + Press x 5
- Box Jumps x 7
- Burpees x 9
