  • Double Kettlebell Swing 3×8
  • Body Weight Step-Up 3×12/side
  • Knee to Elbow 3×10

Day 2

Bench Press > work up to a 8RM @ RPE 9 > subtract 10% > max reps > subtract 10% > max reps

  • Incline Alternating Dumbbell Press 3×10/side
  • Cluster Dumbbell Row 3x(2+2+2+2)
  • Seated Bicep Curls 3×10
  • Single Arm Tricep Extensions 3×15/side
  • Deficit Push-Up 3xmax

Day 3

Power Clean > work up to a 3RM @ RPE 8

Deadlift > 5×5 @ RPE 8

Finisher: 4 Rounds:

  • Hang Clean + Press x 5
  • Box Jumps x 7
  • Burpees x 9
